"Buy low, sell high" is a very good business model. If he can get that kind of money for a kit and can afford to sit on a kit long enough to wait for that buyer, why wouldn't he?
I certainly agree with this...but...his kits don't seem to sell. His vintage kits, not the newer ones, seemed to be priced too high for the market. Anything can change, though.
