I'm new in this forum and a starter owner of vintage drums & cymbals, and a long ago vintage drums lover although. I'm rather a player than a collector. I started picking some vintage pedals and stands, a 30's Ludwig Pioneer bass drum with calfs and recently I purchased a '67 or '68 Premier mahogany duroplastic drum set that I'd like to take to a decent condition.

I have an eye on a Ludwig Downbeat or maybe a Rogers set (or even an "affordable" Gretsch progresive drumset). I know the best place to look for

is USA, but due to high import taxes my searching field it reduces to European Community.

I hope I learn lots of things from you, guys.
