I'd laugh ... Hard ... but I've done it, too. That is great. I love those 'human' moments.

All right... I'm quite tired, so I migt be missing something... but what's wrong?

Is there a little hole near the leg bracket?

I'm with you, Gilnar! I can see the hole, but I'm not exactly sure what's going on.

The leg mount is upside down.....

I'm consistent in my error, as I mounted All Three the same way.

Oh! LOL! I guess you'd have to know the orientation of those mounts to really get the puzzle.

But, then, if it's just upside down...

...what's the hole next to the mount?

Also...it looks like, IF you switched the mount right-side-up, the t-screw would bump into the lug...no?

Thanks O-Lugs....

It's deceptively far away from the mount, so the wing screw will clear the lug next to it.

This is a single I picked up to go with a fifties bass and has a lot of issues.

The wrap has shrunk, there are some extra holes..... but the wrap is tucked into the scarf, so it's a pain to rewrap. Circa '56...

It's that pretty Slingerland aqua-ish blue glass glitter, so for the time being, at least, I'm willing to live with the "warts and blemishes".......LOL

hehehehe....When I first put my WMP bass back together, can you guess what I had turned around? Take a guess, I'll even give a hint: 16.
