Not by design, I have amassed a large stash of single-braced hardware dating back to my early years of playing a drum set, and up through the early 1970's.. Almost all of the many cymbal stands and L-arms must have been made by Walberg & Auge and some by Camco before they were a drum manufacturer. Over the years, the stand bases, middle tubes, upper tubes, L-arms, top rods, and tilters have been mixed together so that it's impossible to remember which parts came together as components in individual cymbal stands. I'm guessing that there are some other people here with similar stories.

No matter how far you push the envelope, it is still stationery.
