I think the issue is that it takes a long time if the parts you want aren't in stock when you order them. Check to see if the one you need is in stock before you place your order.
You should measure the threads on your strainer arm - they used two different sizes so make sure you order the correct size. (I think they're either 8/24 or 10/24). The arms he makes are chrome plated steel instead of chrome plated brass, but otherwise very close reproductions.
