Hello,

I have an early Gretsch Catalina Club jazz/bop kit that I'd like to find another tom to match. Not really vintage I know, but it is one of the earlier kits in this series I believe. It is in the mini black marine pearl finish (no longer used). This series has the deeper bass drum with wooden hoops and most notably, single lugs on the drums with long tension rods.

I would love to find a 16" floor tom to match this kit, giving me double floor toms. It came with a 14" tom. Unfortunately, Gretsch customer service cannot even verify if a 16" add-on was even made for this kit, but they believe it may have been, as the current series does. I can find a few of these kits searching the net, but no luck finding anything other than the basic 4-piece.

I'd appreciate it if anyone could point me in the right direction.
