Gretsch Badge - what year?

I can't see this badge in any of the Gretsch books. Anyone here know anything about it?

3ply shell is 14.25" x 4 exactly.

From what I see in the Gretsch Book it's 1927 to about 1936.

All the badges with the 'long' T go past the C in Gretsch - the T on this one goes to the middle of the C.

The batter-side hoop has some small holes where maybe some long-gone hardware was attached.

It appears to be the first 'throw-off' type used by Gretsch....starting in 1927.

Thoughts?
