We are having one of the busiest gig months in a long time. Check this out, we are playing a benefit show tomorrow from 3-5:30, then we play at the VFW from 8-12. We have a gig the following Thursday and our annual Christmas party on Saturday. To top it off, we got booked at the Hilton hotel by SeaWorld for a NYE gig. We play until nine and have the rest of the night to party, plus they are providing food, drinks and a room for the band and that's on top of our pay.Party

once the brass ceases to glitter, and the drum looses its luster, and the stage remains dark, all you have left is the timbre of family.
A new club has opened up here in my hometown the last of November. We are playing there tonight for the 2nd time tonight. the really great thing is it is 1 minute from my house by car, I could literally load my gear on my rock n roll cart and push it to the gig.
cool to all who are jamming i sure miss the stage

I love playing live. It's funny, I've been doing this for 20 years, but I still get nervous before a gig. Sometimes I can't even sleep the night before. It's a combination of nerves and excitement, but once I start playing, the nervousness goes away.
Everybody whether they admit it or not, gets nervous before playing in front of a live audience. It's human, it's natural. Once you sit down to do what you love to do and that you've done hundreds of times before, it's like putting on an old comfortable pair of shoes - all that nervous crap goes right out the window.

Congrats on the gigs, sounds like a ton of fun. I hope someday our band will get to that level.
Thank you!
