Funding my new kit

As most of you know, I just checked out a mint blue sparkle Ludwig downbeat kit. Problem is I don't have the cashews for them right now, or should I say "extra" cashews! I have decided to put some items up for sale to help fund this kit. I will post pics later today, have to go put a few hours in at work but just wanted to generate some interest.

1) My wmp Slingy kit. 20, 12, 14 with Hollywood ace snare. $1200

$900 without the snare. Pics in the gallery. (I don't want to give this kit up really)

2) 1968 bdp Ludwig pioneer, excellent shape $200

3)early to mid 60's Acrolite. Good shape, baseball bat muffler(white felt), cob hoops $200

4)18" Zildjian K custom session crash, excellent cond. $200 shipped

5)17" Zildjian K custom dark china, excellent cond. $200 shipped

6)18" Zildjian A medium crash, nice shape $150 shipped

7)24" Slingerland blue and silver duco bass, hoop mounted spurs, nickel hardware, Chicago badge. Bearing egges are perfect!!! Hoops need a paint job but has inlay intact. Two holes from a cymbal mount(original) that I have, just took off. New Super kick 2 on it. Duco is very nice. I am thinking $250 for this one.

Thats it for now, like I said I will post pics later today. Think about it, I think I priced these items pretty fair. I have more that I will list, just ran out of time!

Thanks to all

Lucky

Ok, I am not very computer savy so here is my proposal. Send me your email address and I will send the pics there, unless I can get someone to help me. Also I would like to add a few items.

1) Slingerland 9x13 tom, late fifties. Diamond clip mount in pink sparkle. The person I got it from drilled a hole for a badge, which I have. This tom is complete with double felt muffler. The badge is a dogtag style. $125

2) Slingerland 16x16 floor tom, early 60's in champagne sparkle. Clear maple interior with a smudged date stamp. small bit of wrap missing at bottom edge, hole for badge but no badge. $200

Come on, help a fellow drum bro out! All the cymbals have no keyholeing or flea bites or dents and they sound real good. I want to keep either one of the 18" crashes so if one goes I will keep the other, they are very similar in sound.

Thanks again

To post pictures in the thread look in the Additional Options" panel below the main "Thread" text panel.

The first two "Miscellaneous Options" should be checked which will allow you to embed media from hosted sites (like YouTube etc...NOTE: some sites protect their hosted media from being embedded to other servers/sources).

The second portion of the panel, "Attach Files," allows direct attachment of photos that meet the size limitation criteria (they can't be too big or the data would start to slow down the forum). This method allows the VDF to store a copy of the image for future reference (especially useful for posting pics and descriptions from eBay and CL or if the image gets "unhosted" from the original source -- for historical and market purposes).

Click "Manage Attachments" and choose an upload option. Some hosting sites have protection (or additional digitial rights managment) on media / photos and will not display the images if you choose "Upload from a URL," in that case simply choose the "Browse" option and navigate to where the photo resides on your computer, left click the image file to highlight it and select "Open" or just double-click to insert the file path in the "Upload File from your Computer" text box, then click "Upload."

The "Attachment Key" will provide information on the maximum file sizes that can be uploaded. Any upload errors will be displayed in the "Manage Attachment" panel.

"Preview" your final post before submitting, then select "Submit" when ready to post.
