Fun With Tony

Picked up Herbie Hancock's 1965 'Maiden Voyage' with Tony Williams. His drums are all in the right channel with only the sax. Cranked it over to the right and listened to Tony's cymbals, among other things. I think they were heavier than most people think....

Once, some time ago I read a post of Wallace Rooney , who have the 60's Tony's cymbals ( Four and more..). And he says the cymbals were heavier than the most people think. The 22" was around 2700g .
