was going to throw this out... thought some one could make use of it.
If memory serves it came in with a Ludwig Colosseum field drum 14X12, it may fit other Ludwig rigs.

I'll name it, but it's not a part I need.
It's an angle reduction bar for a marching snare. The angle of the drum could be adjusted by clipping your sling to different holes on the bar.
