Filling cracked wrap

Loading...

I have spent a lot of time on this '50's Dandy snare drum. Glued down the cracked wrap, but I'm looking for a way to hide the cracks a little better. Any suggestions? It's off-white, as you can see. Thanks very much.

I've used a seam sealer made by wilsonart to do this type of

Repair. It is cheap and I'm pretty sure it comes in white. Wilsonart makes

Laminate for counter tops and this is how I ran across it.

Good thread. Like to see how the Wilsonart works.

Please show pics.

Trout mask? probably.

Bat chain puller? most definitely.

I using a sealer wax on my split wrap. Will post pictures. There is also standard body shop or fill, sand, prime, seal and paint. A lot more work though and easier to re wrap
