Fibre Gold Pearl 13" MIJ tom (Tempo, Star?)

I got two of these with a set I bought, but this one doesn't belong to my set. I am fairly sure this is made by Star. It's thick, maybe 7 plies?, and has no rings, and is painted inside, as you can see. This wrap is apparently called "Fibre Gold Pearl".

Is anyone else trying to but together a set like this and needing a tom?

Let me know...

It is a Star. I am sending a snare to Lissy in Germany, I will have him check this and if he wants it, I'll work out the details. Nice, clean wrap. What do you want for it?
