It looks to me the drum is a late 1950s Roxy snare..
Roxy was made in west Germany...

Wow. Never seen one like that before. Rogers has the "Clock Face" strainer, Slingerland has the "Clam Shell" strainer, this company has the "Nose" strainer.

It's a last version of TROWA after 1962 and further the same TACTON (with new plastic knob on lever).
