I think there is some confusion here. I bought the ebay drum in the 1st link and then found the Counterhoop picture online. Counterhoop is not the seller. The seller on Ebay snagged the Counterhoop picture from the net to represent their drum on Ebay. Seller was supposed to send me the rest of the actual pictures last night. Still waiting.....hmmmmm...

Ok I get it now. So...you are clearly in the driver's seat on this one. Has it been shipped already or are you waiting for the real pic? I think I agree with Roger... 1. He's already misrepresented the drum and 2. His excuse for doing so was lame. I wouldn't feel bad about getting my money back and walking away. Good luck and keep us posted.

Got the actual pictures! Looks pretty good to me. I think I am gonna roll with it and see what happens. The seller has been pretty good with communication out side of the obvious mis-representation. And it gets me one step closer to finishing my KOA kit. Anyone have a 22 KOA kick they wanna trade something for? Shell or complete?

For what you paid, you have probably gotten a pretty good drum and it fits your purposes. It will be hard for you to find another and at that price. Choosing to complete the deal will work best but I think the seller needs to be given a wake up call. Just give him neutral feedback, with an explanation that the pictures were copies from another drum.---- and burrow in to the item different from that listed -----0 stars. He probably won't do it again. He can't give you negative feedback.
