Drum wrap adhesive alternatives ?

I know this is a longshot, because I can`t figure out how to save the pics. in the e-mail to re-post them here, but it looks like you could file the hoop instead of the strainer !i

If I could save them to my PC I could re-post them byut don`t know how.

There`s too much flash for me to see clearly in the pics. !i
