Another big "thumbs up" for Professional Drum Shop! I've been going there for decades and Stan and Jerry are great guys! As already mentioned, inventory changes constantly, so it's best to just show up and see what's there. Just a great little shop with old school feel!

From MichielB

Hi all,I'm a Belgian drummer and at the moment I'm touring USA & Canada. I would like to purchase a cool vintage snare drum while I'm here. Does anyone know some sellers/shops in LA or NY or Montreal that I should check out?

You can always check out our local classified called KIJIJI..

As funk poodle stated, a mutual friend and forum member (drumfx) has plenty of vintage gear as well.. He's actually got some items posted on the classifieds site..Keywords would be "vintage" "Ludwig". "Rogers", "Slingerland", "Gretsch", etc.. Here's an example--

Are you bypassing Chicago? Another Maxwell's store there plus Chicago Drum Exchange , Drugan's Drums, and Vic's Drum Shop (although I don't think Vic does much vintage). Not to mention that at least half the cool vintage American drums on the planet originated in Chicago.
