Double the Pleasure

So, I was able to set up my Trixon and Rogers on the same carpet. Now, neither of these are the coolest or most desireable kits, but they both sound incredibly incredible! So now I can go back and forth and get totally different sounds from kits in the same sizes.

Both kits are 13,16,20, the Trixon has Remo black dots on all batter sides, now you may ask, black dots, really? It's funny, but the Trixon sounds great with those heads. I'm using a 6 lug 60's wmp 5x14 Slingerland snare and Zildian cymbals.

The Rogers has all coated ambassadors and I'm using a b/o badge Ludwig acrolite. The cymbals are all cracked Zildjian cymbals I had laying around.

If anyone is ever in the San Antonio area, come on over and have a workout.

Very nice, Johnny!! Now, all you need is 2 more sets facing the other way to complete the circle!!
