You can fix all the issues in the pics. It typically requires wood glue, clamps and patience. Some of the expert restorers will chime in soon with more detailed instructions on fixing your drum. From the pcs, they look pretty minor.

I'm no expert, but FatherTime is correct this can be saved.

I would do the re-ring fix first. Clean and sand the separation best you can. Glue and use multiple clamps. I use Elmore's Max sandable/stainable. Matters not. Any good wood glue will work.

Strongly recommend getting access to an air compressor to completely remove all crap before any glue is applied. Prep is the key. Both surfaces need to be clean and free of prior glue for a good bond. Clean off any excess glue before it drys.

The inner ply separation is a bit more tricky. You will need to clean and sort best way to get them back where they need to be. If they will not lay down back in place with gentle push of the finger then may need to use an exacto knife to trim to fit. Curved shell clamps will help here. Could be swelling, I don't know.

Bottom line is all of this can be fixed. Takes a bit of time and some proper tools. The big deal is patience. Need any help, just holler!!

These are all very common problems to slingerland drums especially marchers due to the weather extreme they experienced, I have performed these repairs so many times I have lost count. I'll post pics soon to show you the tools I use to do this repair it is easier than you think, Just got in from a gig so off to hit the hay. The drum you are showing here is not the same drum in your other post ? did you get two marchers?

Your drummers not much good is he!? What you need is someone that's as good as me. ! John Henry Bonham !!
