I was looking for an extra cymbal stand for my vintage kits and found this one. I'm not sure what it is. To me it looks kinda Ludwgish... but then again could it be some MIJ or such? And what about that tilter, anybody got any experience with this kind?

ditto

That's a Chinese stand with either a real (later version probably) W&A top section or a knock off Chinese W&A top section. I doubt the top section came with that stand.

The top section design (with tilter) is what Walberg and Auge made and was sold as Gretsch until the mid (at least) 70's.

A good light stand for gigging around, but go to Ace Hardware and buy a foot of plastic tubing so you can put a plastic sleeve on it before you keyhole a cymbal. ;)
