[QUOTE=vyacheslav;471078]A friend of mine shared this with me from Cardinal Percussion's Facebook Page.
I know this is exciting news for a lot of us, especially Buddy Rich fans (calling tommyp)! It's nice they are offering three thread sizes. I like these, but I personally like the old Camber T-Tops even better (no moving parts). Still very cool and I am glad they are back!
FYI-Cardinal Percussion used to be Universal Percussion.
Enjoy!

I know a lot of guys that will be thrilled with these! They made the right decision to offer them in different thread sizes too. I use all period correct hardware with my Rogers and Fibes BR sets, and those stands are the old 1/4 20 thread. Newer hardware generally has heavier thread sizes .. or metric .. so the old “snaps” and “T’s” wouldn’t fit. Now they will! I agree with you here too … I prefer and use the Camber T Tops on my sets too!, and for exactly the reason you mention … no moving parts or pin to eventually fall out. Back in the 70’s though, I had cymbal snaps on all my sets! I suspect these will sell well! Here’s a pic of my 1967/68 Fibes BR COF’s.The Camber T Tops are in plain view! 😎
