craigslist k custom find and question about cleaning or care

i found this beautiful 20'' zildjian k custom dark ride on craigslist for $50.00...can you beleive it..:D i was responding about other music gear and it was just sittin there,,,so i said "how much"...cha ching .

Anyway it is dirty and normally i wouldnt clean cymbals but...this has some green oxydization on it ...Should I clean that off????

It's good to clean off the green. That stuff eats into the bronze.

$50! Congrats. I have the same cymbal, bought it new for considerably more. Enjoy it - that and my matching K Dark flat are my favorites.
