I'm cleaning up an Acrolite snare drum that's been stored for about 15 years. It's a January 1967 keystone badge model. Everything is original except for the snare wires. I'd like to put period correct wires on it. Which is correct; the ones with the plastic ends on the wires, or the ones with the metal ends with Ludwig written in script on the metal ends. Thanks for any help I can get. Jerry.
