Contacting Bobby @ Jollity Drum Farm

Loading...

Hi everyone!

I was wondering if anyone else has had trouble reaching out to Bobby from his Drum Farm within the past week. Him and I were having back and forth emails about working out a deal and he hasn't gotten back to me in over a week. He's usually quick to respond, so I was wondering if anyone was experiencing this, too. Either he's just MIA or my trade offer was too repulsive for him to even consider replying to CryBabyLoLoLoLo

I was thinking about contacting Bobby about some Rogers questions I had, so will be interested to see if he's around.

Last month he was thrown off quite bit by the loss of a close family member. I also sent him an inquiry last week with no response, which is unusual. He may just be very backed-up and trying to get caught up one by one.

Hi Dan,

Makes sense. I'll give it some time before I contact him.

That makes sense, I'll give him some time to respond, then. If he didn't respond to you then that makes sense why I haven't heard back from him, too. I was starting to think he just wasn't replying to me, thanks for letting me know!

Bob is a very diversified man. He has a lot going on in his personal life, and when he can fit a drum conversation together, he will oblige. He is in no hurry or in no need to sell anything drum related. He knows the longer he keeps certain gear the more need it generates. If you are comfortable paying "his"price then he will be more likely to work with you..good luck

Very cool, thank you Wayne! He definitely has a TON of drums, and his prices are a little on the steep side. They're very workable prices, though, and he's happy to work out a deal. I'm trying to work out a trade for a few Rogers B&B blue sparkle drums to complete my kit and I'm hoping he'll get back eventually to finish the deal!

I find his stuff a bit on the steep side. One of the laws of selling is if it sits for a while and doesn't sell lower the price. It may then sell.

I understood from communication yesterday that his modem got blown out by a lightning strike. Hopes to have it back up and running soon.

Same applies (prices steep &if he holds onto them longterm/longtime demand increases) applies to 'Bonham gear" on Ebay aka John Clifford! :(.
