That error message is easily searched for, with lots of returns giving basically the same corrections to the problem. Try them and see what happens.

Try clearing the browser cache.

If that doesn't work ,try another browser.

I have a connection issue on a regular basis. But I'm connecting from outside the country. It seems to be time related. I cannot get the site before noon or so my time. Then all is good.

Fixed it.

I had Third Party Cookies blocked in Google.

I unchecked it and everything is working good now.

The Internet world is tightening up.

Third Party Cookies not the problem. I could not get on here most of yesterday, last night or today until I clicked onto the blue internet logo that came with my Samsung G20+ phone and I was able to get here. Maybe the Google Apps, Chrome and the old one, are cross-wiring somewhere. Cross-wiring is not an official internet term :)

No issues for me, either.

Sounds like your carrier has a DNS problem or they could be filtering a non https compliant site with a firewall policy and it's timing out.
