Can Torrington B68 Be Used to Replace Brass Bushing

Loading...

Timken owned Torrington,

Which then sold it to Koyo,

Fwiw/inho, i 'd use deep groove single race/row sealed ball bearings, faster, quieter & long lasting than both bushings&needle roller bearings.

You've mentioned this a few times. Can you provide and actual link or part number? Still, the B-68 is a proven bearing for the Swivo pedal. Never had a problem with it not being quiet. Still, I'd like more info on the bearing you're referring to. Thanks!

Hi Glenn,

The link you provided is for the Koyo bearings, not the bearings mentioned by ausiedrummer.

Google "miniature bearings" under dimensions:.375 (3/8) 9.5 ID x .562 (9/16) 14.2 MM OD X .500 (1/2) 12.7 MM W (width).
