Can anyone identify this snare?

Sorry, mostly a lurker here, but this is driving me crazy. Unbadged snare someone is selling, really curious as to what it is.

The throw is so distinctive. The tension rods are slotted like Sonors, but the nylon washers look pretty new so I'm guessing they are replacements.

I might just buy it without knowing what it is.

Looks like MIJ except for tension rods...I could be wrong though...

There it is!! Someone must have changed out the lug inserts and tension rods at some point...
