Can anyone identify the age of this TAMA ROYALSTAR Snare???

My guess is late 1960's.

and a very interesting snare. Looks like some type of parallel strainer system.

Very nice for an early Japanese snare dum I think was called the "King Beat" by Tama in the early 70's
