I had a BDP Oaklawn kit in those same sizes in the late 80's that I sold...

I think I would still be looking to this day for the matching 13" Tom to replace the 12"......

I am sure I sold the set cheap though.....back then?.....Must have been $500-600...if that.....

He's just following what he's seeing happening in the marketplace - and that's still what's happening in the marketplace. I'm sure he'd take a sensible offer. I've got an oval badge kit I'll be parting with soon and I'll be asking something similar (though I am in Australia where prices skew higher anyway).
