Josh send me a Pm and I’ll try sending you a bunch of photos that way. I’m having a devil of a time uploading photos to the forum. The wrap leans more toward gray than blue but it is deep, rich color. Depending on which color your drums favor ( more gray shade than blue ) it’ll be a good match or it won’t. Sky blue pearl is funny that way. It can age several ways, it can favor a gray tone a blue tone and I’ve seen several kits that take on a greenish tone. What tone/color has your SBP kit aged to? Pm me so I can provide you with photos.

Boys - Price drop on the Jenkins/Martin 6.5”x14” handmade fiberglass snare drum. Sound files are available on You Tube. The drum features a Dunnet throw-off and 10 custom design lugs. I am giving the drum away at a price of $325 plus shipping. First come first served. Top shelf snare, sensitive with power to project and a great FAT sound. Pm me with serious inquiries please. I can only hope that the drum goes to someone who knows what a special instrument this is and who’ll appreciate it.

Hi John. Last I was paying attention, you were dealing with some health issues. How are you doing at this time?

Dan - I’m a dialysis patient. So far so good. I’m moving all my extra gear into new homes. Keeping one kit for myself- everything else is being converted back into much needed cash.

Thanks for the update John. I hope your treatments continue to go well amidst all that is going on right now, and that somewhere out there a kidney transplant will become available. My brother-in-law was a number of years in your situation, but last year he did get a transplant that has worked very well to date.

Here's hoping you are able to get things sold as planned.

Best regards,
