I found this gem locally, here is a pic of a set Steve Maxwell has in his store, I paid much less for mine, its the same color, era and sizes, mine is in perfect shape, I love white, they sound like cannons to with clear heads. they are tucked away under my basement stairs, so wifey will never see them, Merry Christmas to ME!!!

I just sold a kit like that for a buddy a bit back. Same set up with original heads and a COW snare for $600. No fade....I think they look a little cooler with a bit of a mellow to the white though. Bass drum had some wrap splitting issues...but otherwise it was sweet. I love this era Slingerland. Just killer drums and always a bargain. The sizes are a bit too manly for me, but they sure are cool drums! Can you post some pics of yours?
