Bonzo's Benz.....in Montana

Loading...

Here's a Mercedes in Montana that might have maybe possibly belonged to John Bonham. It's an interesting vehicle nonetheless, but I would assume that Bonham would have some sort of muscle car or sports car and not a boring sedan.

The window etching on both rear windows is kind of compelling to me. I would assume that could be something Mercedes Benz might do for a celebrity.

Correction: Swan Song Records was started in 1974, so I doubt a '72 Benz would have that from the factory.

Wow. That HAS to be true! I found an original 24" Giant Beat about 90 miles from there, so this has to be one of Bonham's cymbals!!!! I'll sell it to you right now for $9999, too.

Good god.....

Wanted: Pearl President floor tom in Golden Grain wrap and rack tom in Tiger Eye (root beer) wrap.

If Bozeman isn't too far away you should check it out and see if there's any other Bonzo clues in the car.

Yeah, it's one of those things that's fun to think about if you're a Bonham fan.
