Blaemire Concert Tom Finally

Loading...

Finally got around to making the squaring and straightening tools for a true restoration and tuning.

Finished this 9 13/16 by 12 Blaemire Concert Tom today.

Actually, it "took" all day.

Last restoration for 2014.

It was fun.

Thought of Jerry and when I first started this Blaemire restoring.

Doing this resto work just takes me away from the real world,.....

I forget about stuff.

if only for a little while.

Thanks Jerry

I didn't really capture the color with this evening indoor photo. I am going out on New Years Day and take some more

photos outside.

Scott - Another notch in the Blaemire belt! Sweet little drum.

For Jerry, -you- are a living, breathing example of the many lives he's touched. I know I'm not the only one who can say that it was Jerry's crazy love for those drums that got me interested and excited about Blaemire drums. Some of the luckiest people in the world are the ones who have passions in Life. Jerry's joy, dedication and love in what he does is an infectious thing to be around. He got me, he got you, he got a lot of us with it. Jerry can find some peace in the thought that he's touched all our lives in a really positive and wonderful way. What greater gift to give to anyone than to share your loves and passions in Life with them. That's a gift that enriches the Soul and lasts forever.

Great job Scott. Good job, Jerry...

John

Too many great drums to list here!

Happy New Year Friends

Thanks for the kind words for all of us.

Here is an outdoor pic of my CT.

Pool is dirty. Can't do a "Trademark Jenkins" pool pic today.

I think he started the "pool pic thang".

BTW, I have a 13 coming up for Concert Tom duty.
