The hydraulic ones are on the site but you have to dig a bit to find them.

If you want all those sizes, I still think it's worth contacting them.

eBay should work but it could easily be years to find them all.

Good advice to contact them directly. Also if you know a local D'Addario dealer they could possibly help with contact and a special order. As Evans is part of them now.
