Allen - I left my number on your cell. Call me.

Jerry - Beautiful and RARE. It's in excellent condition, all original (except heads,) and really sounds great/solid for such a shallow drum.

Hey john letting it go cheap considering the rarity at drum show the few down beats I saw were that and above and not as rare as yours , a obp was at 2500

April 2nd 1969 scarfed pink champagne holly wood and 65/66 downbeat snare, and , supra same year very minty kit old pies
66/67 downbeat with canister
Super 400 small round knob
1967 super classic obp

once the brass ceases to glitter, and the drum looses its luster, and the stage remains dark, all you have left is the timbre of family.

Gary - Not looking to make a killing, I just need to start moving some of the -many- drums and kits that I own. I just want to keep 2 or 3 of my fav kits for myself. Everything else is going un-played. I haven't been actively selling, but when I see somebody looking for something I have...

Good for whoever got $2500 for a Downbeat snare, I'll be happy to know the drum is going to somebody who will use it, and we'll both be happy with the price. I'm more interested in finding good homes for the drums at fair prices for myself and my friends here at VDF.
