I've not seen a Rogers swivo stand with that type of arm. Not that they don't exist, but I can't find it in the catalogs.

I set up the snare stand that came with the duco kit. Easily holds the 16" floor tom in its basket. Monster.

Very cool! Yeah I think my snare stand is the MIJ, mostly judging by the welded snare basket - the Rogers looks to have more of a Ludwig type clamping deal.

Oh well, yours is nice. :)
