This is a Fullerton era kit in a black finish. It has the tom mount, post and arms. There are no extra holes.

The seller is asking for $700.
I have a like set, great shells for sure,if the shells and bearing edges are good, considering those castcollets are problematic, and if the tomtree is all original and toms hold tight, wrap is in good condition bassspurs are there,400 if you keep them, not much resale value.
I found a similiar kit on Reverb that sold for much more, now it does have an 18" floor tom and 24" kick, but still, the kit I'm interested in has got to be worth more than a measley $400.

Hey JR! When I first read your post and saw the pictures, I felt they'd easily be worth at least $800, if not a bit more. So, yeah, worth definitely more than $400! As to the collet noses, I'm seeing machined noses on the toms, correct? The Knobby mounts on the floor tom look like the cast version, but I actually like those and they've never given me any problems.
As long as all the edges are good and the tom holders/mounts are included, the asking price is fair. Do you know what collet noses are on the T bar of the double holder?

Assuming no undisclosed issues, as described $700 is in the sweet spot of fair market value, my opinion. Don't expect to make any cash in a flip, of course.
If you pick it up, I have a matching 9/72 18 FT (and a 24 bass) that I will be selling soon.
Regards
John
That was my point,if planning toflip, can't go wrong with machined parts.
Very realistic pricing at $700. If the seller was parting it out, he could easily get $250 for the bass, $150 for the FT, $100 each for the toms, and $100 for the double tom mount. That's what I've seen similar Fullertons sell for on eBay. If I didn't already own a 10-piece Fullerton set in black, I'd pick that up for $700. But as you know yourself from swapping and selling so many kits as you have, you'll never make any money on trying to flip this one. Buy it and play it. You won't regret it.
