I ship everything USPS and always insure it. My problems with him started after I wouldnt lower my price on a cymbal. My package was held in customs and Ebay still gave him refund and woudnt remove the negative feedback. Now he has the item and the cash. The guy knows how to work the system.

This A**h***,Is trying this right now.I got a email from P/p asking me to show i sent the item at the post office.Iam going to email them back and send a photo to show that the item was sent..So who knows what will happen now.Oh he hides his feedback,is thier a way to see if he sells under another Ebay I.D. you know i would like to buy somethings from them...EBAY should do away with him.....Mikey

Mikey, I called Ebay today. They have closed his account and removed negative feedback that he has left anyone. The problems that we had showed Ebay that there was a pattern of him stealing gear from sellers. Finally the good guys win one. You will need to do a claim with the post office to get your money refunded. I hope this helps you, as your story helped me get his negative feedback removed from my history and and restored my feedback to 100%. Good luck

A suggestion, if it hasn't been said before, when dealing with International Buyers, it may be prudent to put in your ads that shipping to other countries may take up to 30 days (just to cover your butt) to receive.

I had a sale a while back that was seized by customs, Spain I think it was, so me and the buyer got screwed.

Wow,I just checked and the NEg. Feedback is GONE!!!..I also just sent files to P/P showing the cymbal was sentp/p wanted proof from me that the cymbal was sent.They[pp] give me three days from this pass Sunday the 9th to shpw item was sent...The case is still open.Should i callP/P and ask for my money on this case or should i let P/P did it in 3 days...Mikey

Mkey, I would call ebay support and tell them what has happened. They can release the hold on your funds and will tell paypal tthe case has closed. you should get the money back into your account.

Beware of the German Post Office as well. They have a problem with packages being stolen ,by employees. I bought a item from a dealer and,my package was one of the ones stolen. I thought I was screwed. Damn if my package was found,returned to the seller and re-sent.I would never believe it he sent me articles about the post office thieves,ect.The thieves targeted WW2 stuff.

Legacy Drummer..Check your feedback..When i called Ebay they told me that they were kicking them off Ebay.Ebay did remove his feedback...BUT now i just check me feedback and his HEG. feedback is back up..His account is ok now same name and he can but on ebay...What the hell is going on?? Mikey
