Agree. Would not refund until you inspect what they sent back. Have read stories of pieces being replaced, in addition to overall condition being "changed" by the buyer.

On this question.what happen i sent a part out they open a case.Saying that the part was not in the condition it was in on my listing.I replyed to the case they won the case but was to send back the item for a refund.10 days later and no part P/P still has the case open..What to do?....Mikey

Hi Mikey: I'm pretty sure the buyer has 7 days to prove to paypal with a delivery confirmation tracking number that the package has been returned. If the buyer dose not comply within the 7 day time frame. The case is closed & no refund will be given to buyer. However with Feebays new 14 return policy just around the corner, they may have changed it to 14 days. Give paypal a call, unlike Feebay they will talk to you. Good Luck! Mind Blowi
