This looks like an old Ludwig Juvenile drum, which was a training drum for young beginners. I think these can go back to the late 1920s but it's kind of difficult pinpoint specific dates of manufacture with these. I recently sold one that I had for some time. Could be a George B Stone drum.....wooden air vent was a signature of theirs that Eames has carried on to this day.....
