[COLOR="DarkRed"]Machine-made B8's out of stamped sheets - late 70's early 80's - but actually -they were probably the BEST B8's Zildjan ever produced !! Just stay away from the Amir II's - because those are pretty sucky. But the older Amirs are very decent ! 16" - worth $60-65 & the 18" - about $70-80[/COLOR]

Seriously.....to this day Zildjian has never produced a decent B8 line which could touch the original Amirs. BTW...these are generally medium-weight cymbals...good for rock or multi-purpose.....

I had one of the early 80's Amirs 18' crash and it was a decent cymbal,as I remember mine was lathed on top and unlathed on the bottom side
