Tama Steel shell. Parts are ridiculously expensive and hard to find, so…

All Star tube lugs and an adapter plate for the strainer. Butt plate lined right up.

It's not a King Beat. By the looks of the extra holes for the snare rollers it looks like a Mastercraft. And like John asked, why so many washers? And why the allen screws?

I think you need this: [ame]http://www.ebay.com/itm/New-Heavy-Duty-Snare-Drum-Throw-Off-w-Butt-Plate-Mounting-Screws-Fits-Tama-/300770474513?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item4607513a11[/ame]

Ha! I love stuff like this. Washers are for allen screw clearance no? Less acute angle of snare strap?

Anyway pretty neat!

You can buy SS spacers at most hardware stores. Better visual than washers. Been there, done that myself.

Well, as for parts, I used what I had laying around. The allen head screws are what I have to mount the strainers with.
