One question to the Vintage Drum Forum members, if I have a late 68-69 Ludwig tom-tom with a knob muffler and would like to install a baseball bat one, would I have to do any re-drilling of the shell, OR would the holes for both mufflers match up? Thanks in advance!

Yes you will have to drill a much larger hole than the original one. I would just leave it original factory.
