okay, so I put an add on CL to sell this kit, but I am not quite sure what I should price it at, I know what I want to get for it, but of course that might not be what its actually worth. so any bit of help would be appreciated and remember I need to sell this.
1950's Radio King Kit - re-wrap kit, it was originally Green Satin Flame, I think I may have posted them in the past, when I first got them, but they were in bad shape. the wrap was garage and the Floor tom had a hole and a plate was mounted inside to hold the drum up. so to make a long story short I have a lot of labor involved in this kit.
I rewrapped them with a period correct color I got from Jammin sams Green Glass Glitter and it turned out awesome. oh yea and the kit came with a single ply clamshell snare! I did pay a pretty penny for it, for but, it was the original owner, well. . .his mom bought it for him when he was kid.
well here is the important info.
Mahogany Poplar Mahogany 3 ply shells except the single ply snare
20 x 14
12x ? tom
16 x 16
14 x 5 snare
like I said it was a re-wrap and I did have to patch a hole in the Floor tom, thanks to the VDF the hole came out perfect and the FT sounds great.
check out the pics and let me know what you would be willing to spend on it. I need to know, its going up for sale soon.
I will try to post more pics or if you want pm me and I can text you better pics and videos
Thank you,
