My first impression is that its 70's. If you can show me front and back of this cymbal I'll tell you for sure.

Late 50's. Although the hammering is too light to see, those dark lathe rings on the backside are a dead give-away. That's very typical of the late 50's. I see them very often on cymbals of that era, but never on cymbals from the 70's.
