I have 22 pairs of 'vintage' drumsticks. The luster has faded obviously, but the sticks are in very nice condition given the age. I aquired these along with a Ludwig set of drums I purchased from someone. Nothing has seen the light of day in about 35 years I am told!
Most of the sticks look rough from hand moisture eating at the sticks over the years, but most are in excellent playing condition for those out there that like the older sticks better!
The large majority are made by Ludwig, There are two or 2 pair made by Regal Tip, one Way Best set, and one Ken 5A set. There were a few that I couldn't get a read off of, maybe 4 pair.
There is a Henry Adler sign. set (though rough), a Papa Jo sign, set (with a tiny crack), and a Joe Morello wood tip set (very nice). The rest are just random sizes such as 3a, 9d, 6a, 8a, and more!
No, I haven't been playing them and now ready to sell, haha!! For a complete list please email me on here. I have no clue what to ask for $$-wise, maybe just make an offer after you have the info you need.
Thanks for looking!
