40s Radio King 13" Tom and Bass Drum Hardware

Loading...

13" Radio King Tom - Complete drum, has all the original hardware. All rim clips are present and none are broken, no cracks in the stremline lugs. This drum was painted white, a long time ago from the looks of it, the wood is natural underneath. It looks like the person who painted it didn't bother to remove any of the hardware, as all of the lugs have white paint on them. The shell is pretty solid with nice edges, looks like there are a couple of extra holes near the tom mount, some kind of part was there at one time. Original calf skin heads, one of which is torn. This drum needs a deep cleaning, there is paint, tarnish, pitting and a little rust on all of the hardware, and the shell needs a refinish. SOLD

20 RK Stremline Bass Drum Lugs with mounting hardware- Same with the tom above, the bass drum that these came off of was painted white, so there is white paint on some of the lugs. Some pitting, tarnish, and minor rust spots, should clean up nicely. $80 + S&H

20 RK Ts & Claws - All complete with T, claw, and spacer. No bent T-rods. Some tarnish and minor rust. $100 + S&H SOLD

I have not attempted to clean/polish any of this stuff, this was going to be my next project, but I'm knee deep in a few other projects right now and need to make room. These parts have the usual 60+ years of grime and whatnot, but look as if they'll polish up real nice.

I'm open to trades, I'm in need of some 60s Slingerland parts, specifically a rail mount and 16 Ts & claws. Also would be interested in a 60s COB soundking snare, or any 60s wood shell Slingy snare in a re-wrapable condition.

Hi, I would like to buy the tom. I am new here so I do not know exactly what to do next. On the registration form I enabled the option to send my private mails to my email adress. So I have to leave for work now and be back in the evening ( Germany ) Thanks TOMAS
