Ok. Fingers crossed I make it on time...

Gus is OK but I was good friends with Art Benson. Did a few sunburst finishes on the custom snares he was making for a while. We had talked about opening another drum shop together but we never had that meeting before he died unfortunately. Art Was a good guy.

Some pics of Gregg. Not too good probably. He still has a ton of energy!

Some pics to add to Jim's

I had the chance to go to the Masters clinic with Gregg Bissonette, a great experience. The 2 clinics on the day of the show were informative and entertaining. Gregg was definitely the showman with the stories and Richie had the groove down pat. Learned quite a bit.

Lots of vendors but not as much of the vintage snares to feed my addiction as I would have hoped for but I was able to pick up a beautiful Leedy Elite engraved snare and a beautiful 15" Duplex perforated shell snare from good friend and VDF member Steve H "AH26", along with some Pearl snare wires to complete a build from J!m and Mike mchair303 lent me a rogers shell to strip off some much needed wrap to complete another project. I tell you what, while the show was entertaining, the best part by far was meeting the other members and seeing Big Blue. Until next year . . .
