2 pre-international Premier tom lugs for my 8 by 12

Had the Blue Pearl 20,12,14 almost complete,when I noticed that 2 of the lugs on the 12" had factory defects!

There is supposed to be a little raised area,maybe only 1/8" tall,behind where the lug insert goes to hold it in place,and both lugs on the kit hardly have any...so the inserts wants to go inside the lug when you put it on the shell..

I put the lugs on 2-3 times,and every time,the insert would go down...I was like WTF?

Finally,took them off,and noticed what was going on...

Help! Want to play the kit!
