I've got an opportunity to obtain a 70s Ludwig Combo kit, 5 pc and 200 cash for an 89 Yamaha Stage Custom, hardware, cymbals, and bags...
I'm not sure what the Ludwigs are valued at, though, any ideas?

The Ludwig Combo series was from 1979 and 1980..Only these two years Ludwig used up the old shells thay had these shells were the 3 ply top of the line ones.Ludwig had to do something with the old stock shells because Ludwig change to the new shells in 1980..Ludwig Combo's came also in all of the vista's shells in all color's.The sizes these drums came in were 22.12.13.16 single headed the first ones had the plastic lugs on them they did not look like a Ludwig lug.In about 4 months in Ludwig change the lugs to the classic lugs that they used on the classis drums...To many problems with the plastic ones cracking....Mikey
